When you contact Getabout LHI, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and help arrange your transfer.

Your enquiry

The form asks for your name, email address, transfer type, preferred date if known, and a message. Your enquiry is emailed to Getabout LHI through Propellorsoft’s Resend email service. Your email address is included so we can reply directly to you.

Spam protection

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile in the background to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes browser and technical information for this security check as described in its Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We also limit repeated requests to protect the enquiry form and assistant. On our hosted site, short-lived counters use hashed versions of IP addresses and, for enquiries, email addresses in a shared Redis service. These counters expire within an hour and do not contain your name, message or chat conversation.

Ask Getabout

If you use the AI assistant, your messages and recent conversation are processed through Propellorsoft’s Vercel AI Gateway and its language-model provider to select relevant information and prepare enquiry drafts. Please share only the information needed for your question or transfer request.

The assistant uses a curated information list and cannot search the web. It does not send a booking request automatically: you review the enquiry form and choose whether to send it. The chat stays in this page’s memory while it is open and is not saved to browser storage. Provider processing is separate from this browser behaviour.
